What can I search?
Pages, services, blog posts, and FAQ entries from the marketing index. Case search inside the app will use authenticated APIs later.
Why do I see limited results?
The index is intentionally small while content is mocked. Connect a database or search engine to scale results.
Are searches logged?
Sanitized analytics may be used to improve relevance. Avoid entering sensitive personal data in the marketing search bar.
Is my data encrypted?
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and secure storage practices. For regulated workflows, your administrator can configure retention and access policies as your program matures.
Can I use keyboard navigation?
Yes—arrow keys, Enter, and Escape are supported in the header search dropdown on desktop layouts.
Will there be filters?
Filters by type (blog vs service) are a natural next step once the index grows beyond a few dozen items.
